The MCG is not protecting the surrounding Yarra Park from car park use after wet conditions. There are many areas like this photo showing vehicle damage throughout the park.

The MCG trust is failing to care for the trees properly in Yarra Park. Tree Health inspections are required urgently to maintain and retain the trees. This tree has at least been protected from possums, but if the guard is not adjusted soon it will strangle the tree to death. Please return the management of Yarra Park to the Melb City Council.

Many Trees in Yarra Park urgently need possum guards installed if their going to survive. This historic gum near the MCG can be saved. Please give back the management of this park to the Melb City Council.

It toke along time to make the Melbourne Cricket Club reinstate the possum guard on this tree and save it from certain death. One of the few Yarra Park success stories for 2010.

Contractor trucks are ganging up and killing the trees in Yarra Park. Please stop this abuse MCC.

Unless underground watering systems are properly maintain water will be wasted causing soil erosion and more trees will die in Yarra Park.

Food Vending Contractors are killing the trees & grass in Yarra Park.

Who’s allowing the construction company on the Richmond Football Club New Development to bury and possible destroy trees in nearby Yarra Park. This Project has already removed too many living trees from the park.

Without Car Parking in Yarra Park grass would be allowed to grow and would prevent severe soil erosion like this occurring.
